The new MRI and showed remarkable improvement in the size and thickness of the discs in my neck, so I think stem cell has worked and has repaired the problem.
A 64-year-old man came to OA after being referred by a previous patient to see if stem cell therapy could help with his neck problems. He had a long history of neck issues caused by degeneration, disc problems, constant pain, inability to turn his head without forcing it, and limited natural range of motion. The patient stated that he wanted to try stem cell therapy before considering surgery.
After a thorough consultation, review of his cervical MRIs, and an evaluation with OA’s spine specialist, the patient was given a dose of his own stem cells for the degeneration in his neck. He was also instructed to complete at-home exercises and stretches to increase his range of motion and support the stem cells in repairing the structures in his neck that were the root cause of his problem.
After three months, the man noticed minimal improvements in his range of motion, but the pain was still present. Upon re-examination, he was instructed to continue his exercises and was given a dose of PRP to help the stem cells heal more effectively. After a year, his pain had disappeared, with only minor discomfort after strenuous activity that subsided quickly with rest. His range of motion increased by 80%, and follow-up MRIs revealed an increase in disc height and reduced degeneration.
Prior to receiving stem cells, the patient was hardly able to walk without experiencing immense pain. She was told by an orthopedic surgeon that she would need to have her hips and knees replaced to get rid of the pain. However, 6 weeks after the stem cell therapy combined with PRP, she already noticed a drastic decrease in her pain and was even able to travel to Israel and walk the entire time without limitation.
Hip replacement is easily preventable depending on the damage done. A consultation will determine if you are a candidate.
I was contemplating knee joint replacement.I did the research and made an appointment. I thought I’m going to do this before knee replacement and see what happens
I went through therapy and it just wasn’t working.. I came in at 10am for my shoulder, and by 2pm I had relief.. the difference of having pain and not aving pain is night and day
